Founded in 2018 and based in Muscat, Global Health Beat is a Ministry of Health-authorised healthcare distributor serving public and private healthcare organisations across the Sultanate of Oman. We bring pharmaceuticals, medical devices and hospital-grade consumables into a coordinated supply service shaped around local needs.
Our work connects international manufacturers and suppliers with the realities of healthcare delivery: regulatory requirements, procurement processes, product availability and appropriate transport conditions. Dr. Khalid Al Siyabi

BSc (Pharm), ACPR, PharmD
Dr. Khalid Hamed Hashil Al Siyabi brings a pharmacist’s clinical perspective to the business of healthcare access. His professional journey combines pharmacy education and hospital residency training in Canada with clinical practice, service development and pharmacy leadership in Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
His experience includes leadership at King Saud Medical City in Saudi Arabia and pharmacy-optimisation work at Hamad Medical Corporation, Heart Hospital, Qatar and Sultan Qaboos University Hospital, Oman. Across these settings, his focus has included building teams, strengthening medication-use systems, improving supply processes and making performance measurable.
That experience shapes his approach at Global Health Beat: understand the healthcare need, assess the evidence and build a practical, accountable route to delivery. He sees a successful partnership as one that creates value for healthcare providers, supports the people doing the work and respects the responsibilities of the organisation.
His leadership philosophy centres on a “triangle of fairness”: fairness to patients and services, fairness to staff and resources, and fairness to the organisation and its policies. At GHB, this translates into an emphasis on ethical decisions, clear commitments and lasting relationships.
