Quality & compliance

Care begins before
the product arrives.

The quality of a supply service is shaped by its decisions, its documentation and the way it handles each product requirement.

A disciplined approach to distribution.

GHB’s quality policy commits the company to compliance with ISO 9001 quality-management requirements, Good Distribution Practices and the regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare distribution in Oman. This is a policy commitment; GHB does not hold a current ISO 9001 certificate.

For our customers, this means looking beyond the product itself. Supplier selection, documentation, transport conditions and communication all contribute to confidence in the supply chain.

We use audits and documented quality processes to support oversight and continuous improvement. Current licensing and quality documentation can be requested from our team for supplier qualification and product assessment.

01

Supplier assessment

International sourcing requires attention to the organisations behind a product. Supplier due diligence and documentation review help establish an appropriate basis for supply.

02

Temperature-sensitive handling

Where a product requires controlled conditions, its temperature requirements inform storage and transport planning. Handling arrangements are aligned with the product and the agreed supply route.

03

Shipment communication

Clear status updates help customers understand progress and respond to changes. Tracking availability and the communication route are confirmed for the individual shipment.

04

Regulatory coordination

Oman-specific requirements inform the assessment of product documentation and supply arrangements. Product registration or approval status is confirmed for the relevant enquiry.

05

Audit & improvement

Regular reviews and audits support process oversight. Findings provide a basis for addressing issues and improving the consistency of the service.

06

Quality concerns

Customers and partners should raise product or supply concerns promptly so the responsible team can assess the issue and coordinate the appropriate response.

Product quality & safety enquiries

A concern deserves
a clear response.

For a product quality issue or suspected adverse reaction, contact Aisha, our Quality and Pharmacovigilance Manager, at Aisha@ghb.co.com. Include the product name and a brief description of the concern so the responsible manager can guide the next steps.

Please do not send patient identifiers or confidential medical records to the general contact address. The team can advise on the appropriate information and reporting channel.

This website does not provide emergency medical care. Seek appropriate urgent assistance for a medical emergency.
